This Agreement was created by the developer of this Mobile App and NOT by a lawyer. We’ve used simple and easy to understand language in this user agreement.
You can download and use the Mobile App for your personal use only. You cannot sell or license this Mobile App to any 3rd party.
This Mobile App is FREE to the end user and can be downloaded from the app store at no additional cost. We do NOT offer paid version of the Mobile App. All users get the same version of the Mobile App.
This Mobile App requires that you have a valid mobile number and email address and you’re located in India or United States of America.
The data we collect about you and the information and documents you upload to this mobile application are owned by you. Your data belongs to you. We will NOT sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Note: For trouble shooting this Mobile App, at your request and with your permission, we may share information about you with our developers and service providers.
We may deploy enhancements at any time. We’ll keep you informed if we decide to terminate the maintenance and support for this Mobile App for any reason.
We can modify this Agreement at any time and the updated Agreement will be posted in the lakshmivaults.com website and within the Mobile App
We can terminate your access to this Mobile App at any time if you use this Mobile App in a way that could impair others use of this Mobile App.
We need to communicate to you by phone, email, SMS or push notifications to establish your identify, account status, send you reminders and to highlight new features, products or services from Lakshmi Vaults.
